Bridge provides a clear, proven pathway for people with long term mental health problems to progress from when they first need us to living a more fulfilling role within the community. Based in South London, we’re a charitable organisation that offers a full range of services from 24 hour supported accommodation to floating support. This gradually tapers off to a minimum as the client gains more and more independence.
Our co-ordinated approach means we work in close collaboration with local authorities, clinical teams, community mental health groups together with the family and friends of the client whenever possible. Bridge has almost 25 years experience of helping people from all kinds of cultures and backgrounds to overcome all types of mental health problems.
We understand that specific conditions such as schizophrenia, bi-polar disorder or manic depression need very different approaches. Our skilled, dedicated staff are kept up to date with current thinking and professional practices through regular training programs.
The aim of Bridge is simple. We want to help all our service users along a path that ultimately leads to them enjoying the same freedom, opportunities and everyday pleasures that most people take for granted.
