For many years, Bridge has worked successfully with lots of different organisations, clinical teams, and other community partners to provide a complete housing and support service. We keep in constant touch with other professionals to ensure our clients receive an integrated, cohesive service that addresses all aspects of their individual needs.

As a managing agent, we have many years’ experience of running different support environments through our longstanding partnership with social landlords L&Q. Our expertise covers a wide range of client groups including women-only services, men-only services, floating support clients, forensic clients, hostels, accommodation-based services and self-contained units.

Bridge believes that helping our clients settle into the wider community begins with forming good relationships with local residents and neighbours. We try to build trust and be as open as possible about our work without compromising the confidentiality and legal rights of our clients.

We encourage clients to become fully involved in helping to decide issues that affect their domestic lives. We organise regular events including an annual meeting to discuss service charges for the coming year. Clients also have a say in such matters as the day to day maintenance of property, choosing communal furniture, ground maintenance and the care of communal gardens.
